Jennings, Kelly

Class of 2023

Kelly is a born and raised Idahoan. In 1990 he went to work for Silver Lining Rodeo co. driving truck and working the practice pens. While in the Army and stationed in South Carolina, Kelly started fighting bulls for Ernie Treadway. Once back in Idaho Kelly went to work for Jay Hoggan fighting bulls. In 1995 Kelly was able to get his PRCA card. He worked rodeos for Jay Hoggan, Mickey Young, Greg Kesler and Dan Russel to name a few. Kelly has worked rodeos in 38 states and Canada. Kelly was selected to work the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo twice, the Dodge National Circuit Finals twice, Tour finals rodeo 3 times and the Wilderness circuit Finals 18 times. Kelly retired from Bull Fighting in 2013 after over 30 years.
Kelly has put on bull fighting schools in San Antonia and the College of Southern Idaho. He raised two boys who are currently PRCA Bull Fighters.
